Commander CROW ALL STATE Program 2026/2027
1. Must be at least 101% by May 1, 2027.
2. Quartermaster must be bonded through Department headquarters by August 31, 2026
3. All 4 properly completed trustee reports must be on file at Department Headquarters.
(Sec. 213) one each quarter on or before quarterly due dates:
June 15 – October 15 – January 15- April 15
4. Post to participate in the Voice of Democracy (VOD) & Patriot’s Pen (PP)
Entry to Post Midnight, Oct 31 – Post must report reports on National dashboard.
Post will not be able to pay for missing entry for All State requirement.
5. Participation in Commander’s Special projects listed below by May 1, 2027.
Donate to Wounded Warrior. Make $100 check payable to VFWMS.
Donate to the Department of Mississippi. Make $100 check payable to VFWMS.
Donate to Fisher House. Make $100 check payable to VFWMS.
Donate through National system to the VMS $125. – send receipt to secretary@vfwms.org
6. Posts must purchase at least 500 Buddy Poppies.
7. Community Service report must be entered into National dashboard each quarter.
quarter due dates: October 30 – January 30 – April 30
Must register for Day of Service through National system.
8. Post must input 27-28 election report through the National website no later than May 1.
9. Post must have current liability insurance with Department and National additionally insured. Determination page sent to Department HQ Sec. 709 – Control of Units “must maintain general liability insurance”
10. Post must file 990 with proof sent to Department by November 15.
11. Post must pay District dues. Deadline is September 30, 2026.
District QM send information to secretary@vfwms.org
12. Post must be inspected by the District Inspector and discrepancies corrected by May 1
Districts
1 District membership must be at least 100% +1 by May 1, 2027.
2 Quartermaster must be bonded through Department HQ no later than November 1, 2026.
3 All properly completed trustees’ reports, after each meeting, must be on file at Department HQ by May 1, 2027.
4 Have a District entry for each: VOD and PP and report entered into National dashboard.
5 All Posts in the District must be inspected by March 1, 2027.
6 District must plan 1 recruiting event and invite all Posts in District to attend. Email secretary@vfwms.org details.
7 Election report for the year 2026-2027 entered into the National system.
8 All deficiencies noted on the Department inspection report corrected by May 1, 2027.
