File an Annual Report with the MS SOS office – go to website, log in, business forms click on “File a Non-Profit Annual Report” (you will need your business ID to complete) -your NAICS # is 813410)
If you fail to file an Annual Report the SOS Office can dissolve your non-profit organization.
When a Post ceases to be a non profit organization the Post becomes responsible for property taxes among other things.
